AOZ32101ADV Description
The AOZ32101ADV is a 100V half-bridge gate driver, used to drive high side and low side N-channel MOSFETs, with sufficient drive capability and fast rise/fall times to operate at high frequencies or multiple MOSFETs in parallel. Integrated bootstrap diode, saving external ponents. With shoot-through protection to protect the MOSFET from damage.
