EZBuck TM 2A Synchronous Buck Regulator General Description The AOZ6662DI is a high efficiency, easy to use, 2A synchronous buck regulator at high switching frequency for small form factor solution. The AOZ6662DI works from 4.5V to 18V input voltage range, and provides up to 2A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.6V. The AOZ6662DI es in a DFN 3mm x 3mm package and is rated over a -40°C to +85°C operating ambient temperature range.
