AOZ6663DI Description
The AOZ6663DI and AOZ6663DI-01 are high efficiency, easy to use, 3A synchronous buck regulators at fixed switching frequency for small form factor solution. Both AOZ6663DI and AOZ6663DI-01 work from 4.5V to 18V input voltage range, and provides up to 3A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.6V.
