General Description
The AOZ2297QI-03 is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/ DC buck regulator that targeted for system-power supply solution. It provides 3.3V LDO. The devices are capable of supplying 18A of continuous output current with 3.3V output voltage.
The AOZ2297QI-03 integrates an internal linear regulator to generate 3.3V VREG3P3 from input. If input voltage is lower than 3.3V, the linear regulator operates at low drop output mode, which allows the VREG3P3 voltage is equal to input voltage minus the drop-output voltage of the internal linear regulator.
