General Description
Features
The AN3202 is a current-mode boost DC/DC Adjustable Output Voltage up to 12V
converter with a 5.5A, 0.1Ω internal power Internal 0.1Ω, 5.5A, 18V Power MOSFET
MOSFET to provide this regulator highly power Internal Soft-Start
efficient. The AN3202 operates at 1MHz allowing Fixed 1MHz Switching Frequency
for easy filtering and low noise. Internal Current Mode Operation
compensation makes the user to set system easily, 12V Output at 1A from 5V Input for AN3202
which allows the use of small, low-ESR ceramic Cycle-by-Cycle current limit
output capacitors.
