Features
The AN3202 is a current-mode boost DC/DC
- Adjustable Output Voltage up to 12V converter with a 5.5A, 0.1Ω internal power
- Internal 0.1Ω, 5.5A, 18V Power MOSFET
MOSFET to provide this regulator highly power
- Internal Soft-Start efficient. The AN3202 operates at 1MHz allowing
- Fixed 1MHz Switching Frequency for easy filtering and low noise. Internal
- Current Mode Operation pensation makes the user to set system easily,
- 12V Output at 1A from 5V Input for AN3202 which allows the use of small, low-ESR ceramic
