The AN3203 is a current-mode boost DC/DC
- Adjustable Output Voltage up to 18V converter with a 2.5A, 0.18Ω internal power
- Internal 0.18Ω, 2.5A, 18V Power MOSFET
MOSFET to provide this regulator highly power
- Internal Soft-Start efficient. The AN3203 operates at 1MHz allowing
- Fixed 1MHz Switching Frequency for easy filtering and low noise. Internal
- Current Mode Operation pensation makes the user to set system easily,
