The ADMV4640 local oscillator (LO) signal is generated internally via the on-chip Integer N (INT) synthesizer.

  • Receiver synthesizer lock detect pin.
  • Programmable at 20 MHz via 4-wire SPI interface.
  • Receiver standby function.
  • 40-lead, 6 mm × 6 mm LFCSP.
