HMC992LP5E Overview
The HMC992LP5E is an IF analog controlled variable gain amplifier posed of two identical voltage variable attenuators in bination with an InGaP HBT gain block MMIC amplifier which operates from 0.1 to 0.8 GHz, and can be controlled to provide anywhere from -10 dB attenuation, to 40 dB of gain.
