HMC993LP5E Overview
The HMC993LP5E is an RF analog controlled variable gain amplifier posed of two identical voltage variable attenuators in bination with an InGaP HBT gain block MMIC amplifier which operates from 0.7 to 3.0 GHz, and can be controlled to provide anywhere from -11 dB attenuation, to 32 dB of gain.
