MAX25262 Description
The MAX25262/MAX25263 are small, synchronous buck converters with integrated high-side and low-side switches. The device is designed to deliver up to 2A/3A with 3.5V to 65V input voltages while using only 3.5μA quiescent current at no load. The IC es with a small 20ns minimum on-time capability, which enables the large step-down conversions in a single stage without skipping cycles.
