General Description

The AIC1880 is a step-up DC/DC converter with a 1.6A, 0.3Ω internal power switch.

A soft-start programmed with an external capacitor sets the input current ramp rate.

Pin-selectable high switching frequency (640kHz or 1.2MHz) allows easy filtering and low noises.
