ON  2.5V to 6V Input Voltage Range The AIC2364 is a low-noise, pulse-width-  Adjustable Output Voltage from 0.8V to modulated (PWM), DC-DC step-down converter. Vin The device features an internal synchronous  4.0A Guaranteed Output Current rectifier for high efficiency; it requires no external  Up to 95% Efficiency on Heavy Load Schottky diode. The AIC2364 is ideally suited for (Vin=3.3V, Vout=2.5V, Iout=2.0A) Li-Ion battery applications. PWM/PSM mode  Up to 94% Efficiency on Moderate Load extends battery life and enhance efficiency by (Vin=3.3V, Vout=2.
