General Description

The AIC2862 is a 2A synchronous-rectified Buck converter with integrated low Rds(on) power MOSFETs.

The AIC2862, designed with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage to the adjustable output voltage to provide excellent output voltage regulation.

It is stable with low ESR output ceramic capacitors.

  • Up to 81% Efficiency for Light Load (Vin=12V, Vout=3.3V, Iout=20mA).
  • Low Rds(on) Internal Switches: 140mΩ and 120mΩ.
