ATS75 Description
The aTS75 is a CMOS temperature sensor with a DeltaSigma temperature-to-digital converter and a SMBus patible serial digital interface. The aTS75 is accurate to ±2° at 25°C and to ±3°C over the range of 0°C to 100°C. The aTS75 provides digital temperature data with 9- to 12bit resolution.
