APW7190 Overview
The APW7190 is a single-phase, constant-on-time, synchronous PWM controller, which drives N-channel MOSFETs. The APW7190 allows wide input voltage that is either a single 5~12V or two supply voltage(s) for various applications. An internal 0.5V temperature-pensated reference voltage with high accuracy is designed to meet the requirement of low output voltage applications.
