Overview
The Broadcom® 4N35 is an optocoupler for general purpose applications. It contains a light-emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor.
- High current transfer ratio (CTR): minimum 100% at IF = 10mA, VCE = 10V
- Input-output isolation voltage (Viso): 3550 Vrms
- Response time (tr): typical, 3 μs at VCE = 10V, IC = 2 mA, RL = 100Ω
