The Broad® ACFL-3161T driver is a 10A peak, rail-to-rail output automotive R2Coupler™ gate drive optocoupler. The ACFL-3161T es in a pact, surface-mountable SO-12 package for space savings. It provides an isolation voltage of 5k Vrms between input and output channels.
