The ACFL-3161T comes in a compact, surface-mountable SO-12 package for space savings. It provides an isolation voltage of 5k Vrms between input and output channels. The ACFL-3161T is primarily designed with high peak driving current capability to ensure optimum performance for direct driving SiC MOSFET or IGBT in various applications.
