The TMP122 and TMP124 are SPI-patible temperature sensors available in SOT23-6 and SO-8 packages. Requiring only a pull-up resistor for plete function, the TMP122 and TMP124 temperature sensors are capable of measuring temperatures within 2°C of accuracy over a temperature range of 40°C to +125°C, with operation up to 150°C.
