CMT2300A Overview
CMT2300A is an ultra-low power, high performance, OOK (G) FSK RF transceiver suitable for a variety of 140 to 1020 MHz wireless applications. It is part of the CMOSTEK NextGenRFTM RF product line. The product line contains the plete transmitters, receivers and transceivers.
