GFP75N08 Overview
These N-channel enhancement mode power field effect Transistors are produced using planar stripe DMOS technology. This advanced technology has been especially tailored to minimize on-state resistance and gate charge. It is well suited for high-frequency isolated DC-DC converters for tele and puter applications.
