CE3102X - 120mA Standalone Linear Li-Ion Battery Charger

General Description

Open-Drain Charge Status Output.

When the battery is charging, the CHRG pin is pulled low by an internal N-channel MOSFET.

When the charge cycle is completed, CHRG is forced high impedance.

120mA Standalone Linear Li-Ion Battery Charger CE3102X Series  INTRODUCTION: The CE3102X is a complete, constant-current/ constant-voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries. Its small size and ability to regulate low charge currents make the CE3102X especially well-suited for portable applications using low capacity rechargeable lithium-ion coin cells. Furthermore, the CE3102X is specifically designed to work within USB Power specifications. No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to internal MOSFET architecture. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor.
