General Description
The ADC-309 is a monolithic 8-bit ultrahighspeed bipolar silicon flash A/D converter IC capable of digitizing analog signals from -2 V to 0 Vat a maximum rate of 500 MSPS. The digital I10 levels of this A/D converter are patible with the ECL 100 k110 k H110 k. It featuresa built-inintegrallinearitypensation circuit, low error rate and excellent temperature characteristics.
