General Description

The AP7363 is a 1.5A, adjustable output voltage, linear regulator with ultra-low dropout.

The device includes pass element, error amplifier, band-gap, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry.

The device’s characteristics of low dropout voltage and fast transient response to step changes in load make the device suitable for lowvoltage microprocessor applications.
