The V6300 and V6301 are CMOS devices which monitor the supply voltage of any electronic system, and generate the appropriate Reset signal. The threshold defines the minimum allowed voltage which guarantees the good functionality of the system. As long as VDD stays upside this voltage level, the output stays inactive.
