EMP8170A
Description
The EMP8170/A series can drive 3A of continuous output loading and provide a good performance with a typical dropout voltage as 280m V through an internal n-channel power MOSFETs. The output voltage can be adjustable from 0.8V to Vout that could be very close to VIN.
The EMP8170/A series are available in E-SOP-8L package.
