ETA8003 Description
The ETA8003 is a high performance and highly integrated secondary side synchronous rectification controller in switch mode power supply system. It drivers a much lower voltage drop N-channel MOSFET to replaces the output rectifier diode in a flyback topology. This can reduce heat dissipation, improve system efficiency, and simplify thermal design.
