MAS9251 is a low noise, constant frequency switched capacitor voltage doubler with regulated output. In the adjustable output version an external feedback pin allows the output voltage to be adjusted. The high switching frequency of MAS9251 guarantees low output ripple even with small ceramic capacitors.
