Description
The 0. is an 8 bit RISC high performance microcontroller with 15bit A/D converter. It is equipped with 2K word OTP(One Time Programmable) ROM, 128 Bytes RAM, Timer/Counter, Interrupt, LVR(Low Voltage Reset), I/O port, comparator and PWM output in a single chip.
