DESCRIPTION
The A AP2967 l ow-noise, low -dropout, li near regulator o perates fro m a 2.5V t o 5.5V i nput a nd is guaranteed to deliver 300mA. The AAP2967 is st able w ith sm all 2.2µF ceram ic capacitor. Its perform ance suits batt ery powered applications beca use of it s shutdown m ode, low quiescent current, and very low dropout voltage. The low dropout voltage allows for more utilization of a battery’s ava ilable e nergy by opera ting closer t o i ts end-of-life voltage. The AAP2967 is av ailable in 1.5V,1.8V,2.5V, 2.8V, 3V ,3.3V and Adjustable versions.
