This APD preamplifier uses an InGaAs APD chip with GaAs transimpedance preamplifier. The FY package is a 5-pin coaxial ROSA (Receiver Optical Subassembly) with LC receptacle. This device is in pliance with ITU-T remendations and meets the Telcordia requirements.
