74VHC08 Overview

The VHC08 is an advanced high speed CMOS 2 Input AND Gate fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The internal circuit is posed of 4 stages including buffer output, which provide high noise immunity and stable output.

74VHC08 Key Features

  • High Speed: tPD = 4.3ns (Typ.) at TA = 25°C
  • High noise immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (Min.)
  • Power down protection is provided on all inputs
  • Low power dissipation: ICC = 2µA (Max.) @ TA = 25°C
  • Low noise: VOLP = 0.8V (Max.)
  • Pin and function patible with 74HC08
  • Quad 2-Input AND Gate
  • Quad 2-Input AND Gate
