FP6783 Description
The FP6783 is an integrated power supply solution optimized for medium to large size thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal displays (LCD’s). The boost converter operates at a frequency of 1.2MHz. The integrated N-channel FET has a typical current limit of 4.5A and can support output voltage up to 18V.
