Description

The FR8018 is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that provides wide 4.5V to 23V input voltage range and 4A continuous load current capability.

Features

Low RDS(ON) Integrated Power MOSFET.
Internal Compensation Function.
Wide Input Voltage Range: 4.5V to 23V.
Adjustable Output Voltage Down to 0.765V.
4A Output Current.
Fixed 500kHz Switching Frequency.
External Programmable Soft-Start or Internal 1ms Soft-Start.
PSM (High Efficiency at Light Load).
Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit.
Over-Temperature Protection with Auto Recovery.
Under Voltage Lockout.
