The HM9902D product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer battery protection. HM9902D contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. HM9902D is put into an SOP8-PP package and only one external ponent makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.
