The HM5433G product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer battery protection. HM5433G contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. HM5433G is put into an ultra-small SOT23-3 package and only one external ponent makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.
