Hewlett-Packard HCPL-3000
The HCPL-3000 consists of a Silicon-doped GaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. This optocoupler is suited for driving power bipolar transistors and power Darlington devices used in motor control inverter applications.
