LM2940H
Overview
The LM2940H fixed positive voltage regulator features the ability to source 1.0A of output current with a dropout voltage of typically 0.4V and a maximum of 0.7V over the entire temperature range. Designed also for vehicular applications, the LM2940H and all regulated circuitry are protected from reverse battery installations or 2-battery jumps.
