HD61603 Overview
The HD61602 and the HD61603 are liquid crystal display driver LSIs with a TTL and CMOS patible interface. Each of the LSIs can be connected to various microprocessors such as the HMCS6800 series. The HD61602 incorporates the power supply circuit for the liquid crystal display driver.
