The HD61604 and the HD61605 are liquid crystal display driver LSIs with TTL and CMOS compatible interface.

Each of the LSIs can be connected to various microprocessors such as the HMCS6800 series.

Low current consumption.
Can drive from a battery power supply (100 µA max. on 5 V).
