16-ch High Voltage Analog Switching IC ECN3297TF P. 1/17 ECN3297 is 16-channel High Voltage analog switching IC with bleed resistors on which latch-up free is realized by dielectric isolation technology. High voltage and low ON-resistance MOS switches are used as output devices controlled by a 3.3V or 5V signal. The ECN3297 is most suited to Ultrasound Imaging applications. Functions * High voltage and low on-resistance MOS switches integrated. * 16bit shift resister integrated. * Integrated bleed resistors on the outputs. * Integrated clamping diodes for overvoltage protection positive overshoot. Features * Switch on-resistance: 19  typ.
