ECN3297TF Description
<High Voltage Analog Switch series> 16-ch High Voltage Analog Switching IC ECN3297TF P. 1/17 ECN3297 is 16-channel High Voltage analog switching IC with bleed resistors on which latch-up free is realized by dielectric isolation technology. High voltage and low ON-resistance MOS switches are used as output devices controlled by a 3.3V or 5V signal.
