BS84B08C Overview
The device is a Flash Memory type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller with fully integrated Touch Key functions. With the Touch Key function provided internally and including a fully functional microcontroller as well as the convenience of Flash Memory multiprogramming.

- Single external interrupt line shared with I/O pin
- Single 10-bit PTM for time measurement, capture input, pare match output or PWM output or single pulse output function
- Single Time-Base function for generation of fixed time interrupt signals
