General Description
The HT48RA0-1/HT48CA0-1 are 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for multiple I/O control product applications. The mask version HT48CA0-1 is fully pin and functionally patible with the OTP version HT48RA0-1 device.
