The HT48RA0-2/HT48CA0-2 are 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for multiple I/O control product applications.
The mask version HT48CA0-2 is fully pin and functionally compatible with the OTP version HT48RA0-2 device.
