HT48CA1 Overview
The HT48RA1/HT48CA1 are 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for multiple I/O control product applications. The data ROM can be used to store remote control codes. The mask version HT48CA1 is fully pin and functionally patible with the OTP version HT48RA1 device.
