General Description

The IXD1504 is a highly accurate CMOS voltage regulator with very low supply current of 0.6 µA.

It is able to provide very accurate output voltage even at load current as low as 1 µA,

  • 6.0 V o Output Voltage Range from 1.1 V to 5.0 V with 0.1 V increments o Output Voltage Accuracy ±0.02 V at VOUT < 2.0 V, or ±1% o Temperature Stability ± 50 ppm/0C o Output Current up to 150 mA o Dropout Voltage 500 mV @ 150 mA, VOUT = 3.0 V o Standby Current less than 0.01 µA typical o Load Capacitor Auto Discharge o Current Limit and Short Circuit Protection o Low ESR Ceramic Capacitor compatible o Stable oper.
