  • Operation from 5V to 60V Input Voltage 100% Maximum Duty Cycle Efficiency >90% Output Current up to 3A Less than 100µA Quiescent Current 2µA Max Shutdown Current Up to 350kHz Switching Frequency Adjustable and Fixed 5V and VIN 3.3V Output Voltage versions 3% output voltage accuracy (PWM Mode) Current-Mode Control Scheme On Chip Low Battery Detector Ambient operation range -40°C.
