General Description

The CIPOS™ IM523 product family offers the chance for integrating various power and control components to increase reliability and optimize PCB size and system cost.

It is designed to control three-phase motors in variable speed drives.

The package concept is specially adapted to power applications, which need good thermal conduction and electrical isolation, but also less EMI and overload protection.
