Description

The TLE9371SJ is the first high-speed CAN transceiver generation with signal improvement, used in HS Controller Area Networks (CAN) for automotive applications and also for industrial applications.

Features

  • Compliant to ISO 11898-2:2016, SAE J2284-4/-5.
  • Tx-based CAN FD SIC according to CiA 601-4.
  • Loop delay symmetry for CAN FD data frames up to 8 Mbit/s.
  • Standby mode with minimized quiescent current.
  • Wake-up indication on the RxD output.
  • Wide common mode range for electromagnetic immunity (EMI).
  • Excellent ESD robustness ±8 kV HBM and IEC 61000-4-2.
  • CAN short circuit proof to ground, battery and VCC.
  • TxD timeout functi.
