IN90S2313DW Overview
The IN90S2313DW is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture additionally equipped by EEPROM & analog parators . IC are purposed for usage in consumer devices, telemunications, industrial control, transport and others. Functionally ICs is patible to AT90S2313 (ATMEL).
