General Description

The JW®M9103A is a step-down converter module with built-in power MOSFETs and inductor.

The JWM9103A is based on COT architecture for fast transient response.

Operating with an input range of 2.9V~6V, JWM9103A delivers 3A of continuous output current with integrated P-Channel and N-Channel MOSFETs.
