DESCRIPTION The JW®M9103A is a step-down converter module with built-in power MOSFETs and inductor. The JWM9103A is based on COT architecture for fast transient response. Operating with an input range of 2.9V~6V, JWM9103A delivers 3A of continuous output current with integrated P-Channel and N-Channel MOSFETs. The internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency without the use of an external Schottky diode. At light loads, the regulator operates in continual conduction mode to maintain low output ripple. JWM9103A guarantees robustness with output short protection, thermal protection, current run-away protection, and input under voltage lockout.
